Trump accepted a “congratulatory phone call” from Taiwan’s President on Friday. As expected, China protested this perceived breach of the long standing U.S. One China policy. Manufacturing used to provide 25% of all U.S. jobs in the 1960’s. Since then its declined to less than 10%.
